GB-Harlow: External financial audit FE

Description

The audit services should be undertaken in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice, including:  The planning, management and execution of the annual external audit for Harlow College, its subsidiaries and the Teachers’ Pension.  Reporting on external audit progress to Management and the Audit Committee, including attendance at Audit Committee meetings and Corporation meetings as appropriate.  To undertake the annual audit of subcontracted provision  To meet the requirements of the funding agencies including audit, regularity audit and audit of subcontracted provision.  Provision of advice to the Harlow College Senior Management team on technical accounting and financial matters, during the life of the contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
