Construction of new access into a new business park under construction (Hortonwood West). This includes the construction of on-site road and footways, utility routes and also the dualling of a section of the A442 queensway, and forming of a juction off A442 Queensway. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
