Scarborough Painting Programme

Beyond Housing are currently out to tender for the provision of their cyclical Painting Programme for the exteriors of approx. 170 Beyond Houses including communal areas and stairwells

Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.

When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project.

Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 26th July 2019 and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 9th August 2019 at 10am

Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.

Additional information: Please note that to be successful in this Tender you must be an approved Contractor of Beyond Housing. As part of the Tender documents you will see an attached Approved Contractors application form, if you are not already a Beyond Housing Approved Contractor, then please fully complete this document and send it direct to sam.kemp@beyondhousing.co.uk no later than Friday 26th July. Any tender submissions from contractors who are not already on the approved list, or who have not completed the form and submitted it by 26th July 2019 will be disqualified from the evaluation stage.
