## Description

Assignment under Market Research Framework MR130001\. This qualitative research into the Customs Declaration Service aims to understand the customers who will be impacted from the change of the CHIEF system to the new digital CDS service by looking at their awareness of the change, how effective HMRC communication was and how they are preparing for the change\. These results would help understand more about the impact of this transition on the businesses moving from one system to the other\.
