## Description

Highways England is procuring technical consultancy services to support the continued development of the Expressway concept by identifying optimised technology which is appropriate for expressways\. Optimised technology shall be identified to meet the challenges of the road characteristics of an expressway, the Expressway concept objectives, value for money and the vision of the Road Investment Strategy \(RIS\) \(2015-2020\)\.
