TEC Partnership - Replacement & Decentralisation of Heating Systems - AWARD

Description

This specification describes the proposed replacement and decentralisation of the LPHW heating system serving the single-storey construction wing of Block B at the Grimsby Institute Campus. This scope of works shall also include the installation of new heating controls and associated electrical works (power supplies, control wiring and containment). The site installation works will be programmed over a period of 4 months, making use of the holiday periods for carrying out the most disruptive works. All tender returns must offer all 3 options to be considered: 1) Full scope of project as per attached specification document 2) Split project: Boiler house installation and associated pipework (Summer 2024), installation and connection of new radiators and radiant panels and hot water provisions as per specification (Summer 2025) 3) Works to boiler house and associated pipework and connect to old devices only.
