1 - Alternative Education Service for Children With Special Educational Needs 2 - Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council require a service to provide SEN pupils with a well supported environment and personal support to enable the pupils to build relationships of trust and support self esteem, which has proved to be invaluable when supporting young people who have experienced a very negative education system which has resulted in failure The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal\.
