This procurement was undertaken through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Framework Agreement Travel, Transport, Accommodation and Venue Solutions (RM6342), Lot 3 - Venue Find and Supporting Services For Meetings, Conferences and Events, following the Direct Award Process.

The Contract is awarded for a total period of 48 months.

Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
