## Description

his tender exercise is being undertaken to identify suitably qualified and experienced Consultants which can take the form of a multi-disciplinary practice; a team or "consortium" of independent practices working together\. The project requires the completion of a full structural appraisal of the Ice Factory and Pontoon, and to use this to: • Create a report on the buildings' condition\. • Produce a traffic light schedule of works \(urgent, medium and long term\) including costings, • Provide a suggested programme of maintenance for the next 5 years\. The project is jointly commissioned by North East Lincolnshire Council and the Great Grimsby Ice Factory Trust\. It has come about as a result of receiving £40,000 Coastal Revival Fund grant, to better understand the Grade II\* listed building and take steps to preserve its significan
