Supply of Printer Toner and Fax Cartridges

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a supplier of its Toner and Fax Cartridges for a period of 6 months. A list of detailed requirements along with the estimated usage over a six month period is provided within the Schedules D & E of the Invitation to Tender document.

This process represents a commitment of approximately 95% of the Trust’s requirements. Following the award of the contract you will requested to price up the remaining 5% of products, however, the Trust reserves the right to purchase these items elsewhere if it feels the pricing is not advantageous.

An e auction process will be carried out for this requirement.
