## Description

Proud to Learn \(PTL\) part of Gloucestershire County Council \(The Council\) is looking to procure a Commercial off the Shelf \(COTS, Learning Management System \(LMS\) to host E-Learning courses and host a course booking system\. The Proud to Learn platform is the main system used by the Council to support external Adult Social Care \(ASC\) providers and support services to complete mandatory e-learning and essential face to face training\.
