Strategic Management Support (Delivery Programme)

Description

- Ensure capital projects are all effectively commissioned and handed over to our Capital Projects Team for delivery and that performance monitoring is in place \r \r - Ensure that an acquisitions programme is effectively commissioned and handed over to our Property Team for delivery and that performance monitoring is in place.\r \r - Ensure the handover process for new homes is reviewed and a new process agreed\r \r - Ensure the shared ownership sales programme is reviewed and a new strategy, process (including roles and resposnibilities) and monitoring is agreed.\r \r - Lead on embedding the new capital operating model within the Strategic Housing Team - clarify roles and responsibilities, lead on culture change, complete the recruitment of the team, identify skills gaps and develop a learning and development programme to address these.
