Payroll and Epayslip

Description

Ofqual requires its payroll provision to be outsourced. In order to achieve this sensitive personal data will be passed to the payroll provider to enable payroll and pensions to be calculated and paid by means of a data extract from Ofqual's HRIS "Oracle", Information that is passed from Ofqual HR to the payroll provider and vice versa is via a secure SharePoint portal. The payroll provider will be responsible for completing all pension activity including monthly interfaces and data requests and will provide any resulting reports, including tax code changes and payroll exceptions to Ofqual. The payroll provider will interface with HMRC and Civil Service pensions.
