## Description

CGTC is seeking a supplier to perform a Cryo-TEM assay on our samples and analysis\. CGTC want a supplier that can Quantify the quality of AAV samples with ns-TEM and cryo-TEM analyses, as well as assess overall morphology, including integrity, impurities, filled empty capsid ratio, genome length, and aggregation for AAV samples\. Before commencing a formal tender process, the CGTC are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field\. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification, as well as permitting us an understanding of what the market can provide\.
