Improvement and Refurbishment of Residential and Commercial Properties at Hillcrest Parade

Hillcrest Parade is an existing three storey masonry constructed residential block, with ground floor commercial shop units below the flats. The contract is to address damp and mould caused by water ingress affecting a number of units in the building.
