## Description

The purchaser is seeking an experienced organisation to deliver three Transformation Workshops\. Each workshop includes a milestone specific presentation on transformation and change management action learning set blocks\. These workshops will enable councillor and officer pairs from councils to learn from successful transformation projects and participate in action learning sets\.
