Short-term Integrated transport, storage and disposal solution for the OPSS: Operations Safeguard programme

To provide an immediate solution for the Office for Product Safety and Standards (the OPSS) to have temporary, integrated transport, storage and disposal of suspect PPE equipment that either the OPSS or specific Local Authorities have seized and is likely to continue to seize at various ports of entry in the UK.

Additional information: This was an extremely urgent (Covid) due to circumstances outside the Contracting Authority's control - PCR 2015 Regulation 32, 2 (c).
