## Description

The Works comprise the redecoration and replacement of carpets to transform the vacant first and second floors at Hillsborough Library into office space\. Existing radiators will have TRV's fitted and the existing power and lighting systems will be upgraded\. The Client will procure office furniture and equipment directly\.
