## Description

The provision of Alcohol and Drug Behaviour Change Services for Adults, Children & Young People incorporating Shared Care, Supervised Consumption and Needle Exchange\. The service will promote fully sustained recovery from drugs and/or alcohol misuse for children, young people and adults through a person-centred approach\. West Berkshire Council is seeking to appoint a single Provider to deliver the services detailed in the Specification \(however aspects of this contract may be subcontracted, since the Council acknowledges the complexity of the service delivery required\)\. The Provider shall provide all activities from the commencement date of the contract, 1st April 2022\.
