## Description

Liverpool City Council are looking for an agency with strong creative, copywriting and design skills to develop a brand and creative outputs for two interventions that will provide support, advice and signpost services for parents of children aged 0 - 1 and 1 - 2 years\. Organisations are required to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to gaining access to the brief and quotation documentation\.
