Print and Distribution of St Helens First magazine

The Borough of St.Helens has approximately 86,100 households in total. The Council uses a range of online and offline communication channels, the most visible of which in terms of printed publications is the glossy, colour, A4 "St.Helens First" magazine, produced 3 times a year and distributed to every local household in February, July and November. St Helens Council is looking for a company for the Print and Distribution of "St.Helens First" magazine. The contract length will be for a 2 year period. The contract will be subject to acceptable performance.
