Description

The contract is for a period of 3 years with an optional extension of 12 months. This Contract is for Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Council Wholly owned ALMO (Arms Length Management Organisation) The contract is designed to deliver: • Asbestos Management Surveys to residential dwellings (tenanted and void) and non-domestic areas of communal blocks, garages, offices, laundries, community centres etc. • Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys to non-domestic areas within buildings and whole premises • Bulk sample analysis (both programmed and responsive in the event of an emergency) • Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys and targeted hybrid surveys • Reassurance air monitoring • 4 Stage Clearance air-monitoring and additional analytical support (i.e. background, leak, personal checks) • Management of asbestos data • 24/7 response for surveying, sampling, air monitoring and professional guidance • Support and advice when required to ensure Wolverhampton Homes (WH) remain compliant with their duties under the current legislation and guidance.
