## Description

The contract is for a period of 3 years with an optional extension of 12 months\. This Contract is for Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Council Wholly owned ALMO \(Arms Length Management Organisation\) The contract is designed to deliver: • Asbestos Management Surveys to residential dwellings \(tenanted and void\) and non-domestic areas of communal blocks, garages, offices, laundries, community centres etc\. • Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys to non-domestic areas within buildings and whole premises • Bulk sample analysis \(both programmed and responsive in the event of an emergency\) • Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys and targeted hybrid surveys • Reassurance air monitoring • 4 Stage Clearance air-monitoring and additional analytical support \(i\.e\. background, leak, personal checks\) • Management of asbestos data • 24/7 response for surveying, sampling, air monitoring and professional guidance • Support and advice when required to ensure Wolverhampton Homes \(WH\) remain compliant with their duties under the current legislation and guidance\.
