## Description

Research to better understand carers' experiences of combining paid work and unpaid care, informing assessment of the current system and the potential design and resourcing of any additional support for carers\. A minimum of 50 interviews will be conducted with individuals with lived experience of delivering unpaid care alongside working as an employee\.
