## Description

This Notice relates to publication of cost and time amendment to the call-down contract under Lot 4 \(Finance\) of Crown Commercial Services, Management Consultancy Framework Three \(MCF 3\) that requires a service provider or a consortium of service providers \("Supplier"\) to provide technical assistance to the Bangladesh Bank - the central bank of Bangladesh and its Banking Sector Task Force\. Details of amendment include the following: \* A time extension of the contract, extending the contract end date from 07/11/2025 to 31/03/2026\. \* An increase in the contract value from £820,869\.99 to £1,220,815\.47 \* The addition of further deliverables and milestones to be delivered in this extension period\.
