Work description
The tender is for the first stage of the Town Hall project and will be project development which includes (i) a condition survey, (ii) implementing any emergency repairs as part of the first stage, and (iii) producing a specification and obtaining tenders for the main repairs that will comprise a subsequent stage of the project.
