## Description

Highways England are looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to carry out engagement through to publication of the newly "revised" Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8\. TSM Chapter 8 is a set of manuals which give guidance around traffic safety measures \(including signs\) for road works and temporary situations\.
