Contract for the provision of services for Smart Energy Monitoring/ sub-metering project

Smart Energy Monitoring funding program will deploy sub-meters across eligible Staffordshire businesses site to monitor and measure the electrical consumption and performance of specific equipment within a building. This can be used on assets such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, chiller plant, cooling tower pumps, motors, and various manufacturing equipment's. As such Staffordshire County Council is looking to appoint a contractor to sub meter the County Councils main buildings in Stafford and other Council offices in sub area's of Staffordshire
