Group Signage

Thirteen Housing Group wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company for the provision of Group Signage requirements.

The group is currently consolidating into one landlord as Thirteen and has recently appointed a local contractor to complete a full 'signage survey' throughout its estate of properties ranging from North Tyneside to York.

The survey work is now complete and the results are included within the tender package (Appendix 1 - Survey Results') which all bidders are required to price against using the brand information provided and also the required material, warranty period and time period to fulfil this particular project.

Upon award of contract, the successful contractor will be required to commence work in replacing all of the identified signage in appendix 1 within the first three months of the contract going live.
