Development partner required for Community Land Trust

Description

Cottenham CLT Limited proposes to build up to 30 locally-affordable homes on a Rural Exception Site in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire. We have pre-development funding, a proposed site and an architect. We now require to work in partnership with a development partner, whether as builder, housing association etc. Expressions of interest should clearly identify the proposed mode of partnership and recent experience in that mode.
