Sunderland Play Park Refurbishment Programme

Description

Sunderland City Council has a requirement for a provider to undertake works on up to 26 play parks across the City that includes a) Soft landscaping works b) Play equipment installation c) Removal of old equipment and replacement with new equipment d) Safety surfacing laying e) Other various minor works elements The play equipment to be installed will be provided by the Council and bidders are required to bid based on indicative quantities and the winning bidder will be expected to engage with the Councils Contract Manager after Contract Award to undertake a survey on each of the parks to firm up and agree the final quantities.
