Lift and Mobility Lift Servicing and Repairs

The maintenance, servicing and repair of passenger lifts and mobility equipment such as lifts, hoists and platforms in properties where the Council is the Freeholder. This requirement is split into two lots - Lot 1 - Lift Servicing and Repairs; and Lot 2 - Mobility Lift Servicing and Repairs. Contracts will be let for a period of five years plus two available extensions. The first being for three years and the second being for two years.
