Work description
The London Borough of Barnet is seeking to commission a generic housing related floating support service which includes a specialist mental health floating support component.The Council recognise that integrated generic housing related floating support and specialist mental health floating support are crucial preventative services for the community; supporting people to maintain and maximise their independence and wellbeing and supporting better management of demand for statutory services.
