## Description

Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of enforcement agents / certified bailiffs to support the management of unauthorised encampments \(the removal of illegal encampments on Council owned land, typically by members of the Gypsy, Romany and Traveller community \[GRT\]\) in line with Council protocol\. This contract will run from 1 April 2018 for a period of two years with the option to extend for up to two one year periods\. BCC will be using its e-tendering system \(in-tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
