CP2594-24 Prepaid Cards

Description

Devon County Council (DCC) requires a pre-paid card contract to enable Direct Payments to be paid into individual client accounts set up by the contractor. As well as the provision of client accounts, this contract also enables client access to an online portal to view their accounts and make online payments. A separate portal is provided for relevant DCC staff to view client accounts to amend details such as the amount of a Direct Payment, or a change of personal details and to view management information.
