Support to the GDAA Panel for development of, and for assurance surrounding, proposed changes to the GDAA document; including: \(a\) Provision of technical expertise for the development of solution options, and the drafting of specific changes; \(b\) Additional legal support, as required, to provide advice, finalise drafting, and resolve legal questions\. Additional information: Single Tender Action as testing the market at this time does not offer VFM and a new provider of this service would need time to bring their level of expertise up to date in a market that is under considerable constraint\.
