GMCA 887 Elections Programme and Change Management Services

Programme and Change management services for the delivery of the Mayoral Election 2 May 2024. The Chief Executive (CEX) holds the post of the CARO, as a separate statutory office, distinct from his CEX role and responsibilities. The focus of this work is to programme manage the required work packages to ensure that that the legal responsibilities of the CARO are met. In deploying this work programme, the goal is also to embed a corporate delivery model at the GMCA for the Mayoral Election going forwards. After undertaking three initial work packages, the Authority agreed a Waiver for ongoing work dated 6 December 2023.
