## Description

Heritage Lottery Fund \("HLF"\) is looking for a service provider to carry out an evaluation of the Collecting Cultures programme against the aims that we set it, by developing and implementing a methodology to annually evaluate these 23 projects\. The successful service provider will prepare annual reports for HLF with the outcomes of the evaluation for that year\. During the final two years of the programme, as projects are completing, then the successful service provider will prepare a report for HLF with an evaluation of the impact of the whole programme\.
