Feasibility Study of Options to Address Digital Exclusion in Preston

Preston City Council is seeking a partner, to commission

1. a research report to understand the digital exclusion landscape in Preston and 2. provide an options appraisal of interventions to improve digital access in the most deprived areas of the city.

Based on an assessment of need in Preston, and of existing community provision to address this need, the report will identify the most effective options for improving accessibility with the funding available.
