2021 Programme Management To include: 1. Designing and implementing the new governance arrangements with DfE in relation to the 2021 Programme, including ensuring the effective running of the Joint Programme Board. 2. Designing and implementing a programme infrastructure for the 2021 Programme, including confirming roles and responsibilities, resourcing, risk management, planning and decision making. 3. Maintaining the internal programme infrastructure and the joint governance arrangements with DfE for a period of 4 months. 4. Designing and initiating a programme office structure for the 2021 Programme 5. Securing the resource and ways of working for an effective programme office to be sustained at the end of the contract
