## Description

The Penistone Area Council, via Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council \(The Council\) is looked for a provider to supply and manage services associated with improving and maintaining a clean, well presented and welcoming physical environment across the East and West Penistone Wards\. The service will be managed through both a reactive and proactive approach to the issues of fly tipping, dog fouling, littering, vegetation, weeding, pruning and maintenance of green areas\.
