International Review of Legal Obligations and Requirements on Business Regarding the Use of Reusable/Refillable Packaging.

To encourage greater use of reusable and refillable packaging this international review will cover: * How other countries have approached setting legal requirements / obligations on businesses; * The availability of any agreed industry standards on packaging reuse and refill; * How other countries have approached setting recycling targets to encourage 'closed loop' recycling of packaging.
