Work description
Task 1: To provide a short note on the demographic profile of NELC including:
• 2011 Census information (including tenure and stock information) • 2015 Index of Multiple Deprivation • 2014 Mid Year Population estimates (including age structure now and looking forward) and 2012 CLG House Hold Projections • Other useful information from the Draft Infrastructure Delivery Plan for NELC on Schools Provision, Healthcare and Utilities infrastructure.
Task 2: a) Meet with the ATLAS team to further scope the opportunity b) Meet with NELC / Cofley to scope out what will be possible c) Draft a Study Brief
