Provision of annual software support and maintenance services for the Trust's Flexi-Care and BDS Directory Manager solutions. The service supports the Trust in managing user identities, staff directory information and account lifecycle processes through integration with workforce systems and Active Directory environments. The support arrangement includes software maintenance, updates, technical support and system assistance to ensure the continued secure and reliable operation of identity and directory management services
