Work description
This is an award notice on behalf of Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing Limited (STAR) for Racecourse Crescent, Former Shrewsbury Training Centre, Shrewsbury, SY2 5BP.
The proposed works comprise design and construction and completion of a residential development of 13 No. units, for rent and shared ownership along with associated external works and infrastructure work. The Form of Contract will be the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016, together with STAR's required Schedule of Amendments.
Design Lead-in / Tech Approvals to be completed by August 2022 - October 2022, Start on Site to be October 2022 and Construction Completion by November 2023.
