## Description

Supplementary Non-Emergency Patient Transport \(NEPTS\) for Mid, South & West Essex CCGs There are three main NEPTS providers across Essex\. ERS serve Mid Essex, EEAST serve West and a combination of EEAST and Thames serve South Essex\. Whilst over 90% of activity volumes are met by these providers, the CCGs are having to use a number of additional providers at short notice to supplement this provision\. At present, this NEPTS activity is sourced from a small number of known PTS providers\. The CCGs can sometimes struggle to fulfil the patient journey requirement, therefore are keen to increase this capacity through a Dynamic Purchasing System Framework\.
