## Description

Ensure the UK has a system with the ability to receive messages from satellite/mobile tracking devices on board vessels and transmits the data onward\. Deliver a contract with provider ensuring adequate support mechanism and processes are in place\. Ensure the UK is not infraction under the EU regulation \(EC\) No 1224/2009 \(Commission Implementing Regulation \(EU\) No 404/2011\)\. To provide suitable training to enable Marine Management Organisation officers, Marine Scotland, Welsh, Northern Ireland and approved economic operators to be able to effectively use new processes and tools\.
