2-206 Procurement Support - Commercial Assurance

The services required are to support Procurement deliver activities in four critical areas: - Develop Procurement Strategies that drive business value and delivers Highways England Imperatives. - Work with Highways England stakeholders in a time driven environment to develop and assure a set of commercial costing and evaluation models that complement and comply with EU/ PCR2015 regulations based on NEC 3/4 model documents tailored to meet business needs. - Manage the commercial evaluation of tenders to marketplace to evaluate, select and award contracts. - Manage existing frameworks to deliver task order activity for business need.
