"Lancashire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision of Recovery Services for Non-Recyclable Household Waste deposited at the Authority Waste Facilities\. In summary, the Services will comprise of the acceptance, weighing and Recovery of Non-Recyclable Household Waste that has been deposited by members of the public at the Authority Waste Facilities, and delivered to a Provider's Facility by the Authority and/or its transport contractor\. The Services are being procured on the basis of five \(5\) Lots: Lot 1 - North Lancashire \(estimated value £6,400,000\); Lot 2: South Lancashire \(estimated value £8,900,000\); Lot 3: East Lancashire \(estimated value £6,400,000\); Lot 4: Weekend Provision \(estimated value £9,300,000\); or Lot 5: Global \(estimated value £31,000,000\)\.
