ASC Commissioning Capacity Consultancy Support

The Council has embarked on an ambitious programme of transformation to improve outcomes and deliver savings within the context of an ongoing COVID 19 response. Significant commissioning activity has also taken place in 20/21, and this continues in 21/22 to reshape a range of services and relationships with the care market, health partners and the local community. Additional capacity is required to ensure the transformation remains on track and that a rapid response can support the COVID legacy issues. This includes ensuring that the s75 and the procurements that are now underway with our health partners can be flexed in order to address the significant COVID 19 legacy issues that are now emerging.
